No, we only process all incoming orders and ensure that they arrive safely at your customer's address. You manage your own inventory system. We can view your inventory, however.

That's up to you! You can choose to have Cenfil Fulfilment handle your returns. The price for this depends on your product and the frequency. Request a quote for the handling of your returns.

Your customers will not notice anything. We ship your products in neutral packaging with the name and address of your online store. Your shipment includes a packing slip. We can personalize it for you with your details, such as your logo, text, or other company information. Do you have any additional or specific requirements? Discuss them with us and we will work out a solution together.

The start-up time is a maximum of five working days. The exact start-up time depends on your stock. During the start-up period, we will connect to your webshop and activate your account with our shipping service.

Stock release.

You are, of course, welcome to bring your stock yourself. However, it is often much more convenient to have your supplier deliver directly to our warehouse in Drunen so that we can take care of it for you right away.
