Cenfil B.V. considers your privacy to be extremely important. We therefore only process data that we need for (improving) our services and handle the information we have collected about you and your use of our services with care. Website.

WordPress content management system

Our website was developed by Reclame Valley and we use the WordPress CMS. Personal data that you provide to us via our website for the purpose of our services is processed using this software. We will never use your data for any other purpose and have taken appropriate security measures. These security measures consist of the use of SSL encryption, a strong password policy, and a firewall.

Email and newsletters.

Office 365

We use the services of Office365 for our regular business email traffic. This party has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent misuse, loss, and corruption of your and our data as much as possible. Office365 does not have access to our mailbox, and we treat all our email traffic confidentially.

MailChimp

We use MailChimp to send newsletters. MailChimp will never use your name and email address for its own purposes. At the bottom of every newsletter you receive from us, you will see an 'unsubscribe' link. If you click on this, you will be immediately removed from our mailing list. Your personal data is stored securely by MailChimp. MailChimp uses cookies and other internet technologies that provide insight into whether emails are opened and read. MailChimp reserves the right to use your data to further improve its services and, in that context, to share information with third parties.

Purpose of data processing.

We use your data exclusively for the purpose of providing our services. This means that the purpose of the processing is always directly related to the assignment you provide. We do not use your data for (targeted) marketing. If you share data with us and we use this data to contact you at a later date, other than at your request, we will ask for your explicit consent. Your data will not be shared with third parties, other than to comply with accounting and other administrative obligations. These third parties are all bound to confidentiality on the basis of the agreement between them and us or an oath or legal obligation.

Automated data collection.

Data that is automatically collected by our website is processed for the purpose of further improving our services. This data (e.g., your IP address, web browser, and operating system) is not personal data.

Tax or criminal investigation.

Retention period.

We retain your data for as long as you are our customer. This means that we retain your customer profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services. When you indicate this to us, we will also consider this a request to be forgotten. Based on applicable administrative obligations, we are required to retain invoices containing your (personal) data, so we will retain this data for as long as the applicable term runs. However, employees will no longer have access to your customer data and documents that we have produced in response to your order.

Your rights.

In principle, to prevent misuse, we only send copies and copies of your data to the email address already known to us. If your request is granted, we will send you a confirmation to the email address we have on file that the data will no longer be processed until you lift the restriction.

Right to portability.

You have the right at all times to have the data that we process (or have processed) and that relate to you or can be traced back to you, carried out by another party. You can submit a request to that effect to our contact person for privacy-related questions. You will receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send you copies or copies of all data about you that we have processed or that has been processed on our behalf by other processors or third parties to the email address known to us. In all likelihood, we will no longer be able to continue providing services in such a case, because the secure linking of data files can no longer be guaranteed.

Right to object.

In certain cases, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data by or on behalf of Cenfil B.V. If you object, we will immediately cease processing your data pending the resolution of your objection. Leadinfo

We use the lead generation service provided by Leadinfo B.V. in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. The tool recognizes company visits to our website based on IP addresses and shows us publicly available information, such as company names or addresses. In addition, Leadinfo places two first-party cookies to evaluate user behavior on our website and processes domains from form entries (e.g., "Leadinfo.com") to correlate IP addresses with companies and improve services. Hotjar

Re-targeting

We use retargeting. This involves a static and dynamic remarketing campaign that you may see after visiting our website. With static remarketing campaigns, both you and other visitors will see the same advertisement. This is done through campaigns via Google Ads and social media channels such as Facebook and LinkedIn.
